
Eliza Kate Coupe was born April 6, 1981. She is an American actor, comedian, model and comedian. Her roles include Jane Kerkovich-Williams on ABC's comedy series Happy Endings, Denise Mahoney in Scrubs in the last two seasons, Tiger on Hulu's comedy series Future Man, and Hannah Wyland in Quantico. She was a part of the Fox comedy Pivoting in 2022. She was recently an actor in the Netflix series Murderville episode-Who killed Santa. Coupe studied improvisational comedy at The Groundlings as well as ImprovOlympic. [6] She was on tour in France as a soldier in an all-female King Lear production in 2003. Her solo sketch show, The Patriots, premiered in New York's Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre on November 5th on the 5th of November in 2005. The show won her the Breakout Performer Award from HBO's U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Colorado in March 2006. From December 2007 to June 2013, Coupe was engaged to Randall Whittinghill, an actor teacher and puppeteer. She announced her engagement on Instagram on the 27th of November 2014. The couple was married on December 24 in 2014, while on holiday in New Zealand. In the year 2018, they filed for divorce. Between April 2011 and May 2013, Coupe was a star in ABC's ensemble comedy show Happy Endings, along with Zachary Knighton (Adam Pally), Damon Wayans Jr., Casey Wilson, and Zachary Knighton. The show was pulled by ABC on May 3, 2013 in spite of the critical acclaim. The show also earned an unofficial following. Following the time that Happy Endings was cancelled, she starred as a regular in the third season of House of Lies. She also appeared alongside Jay Harrington on the comedy series Benched. The show premiered on October 28 on the 28th of October, 2014. Then she appeared on the ABC thriller Quantico in the role of a recurring of FBI agent Hannah Wyland.
